How do you claim the galaxy ear buds with the pre order of s10

So I bought the pre order s10 and it said I can claim some ear buds but cant find it anywhere

Good question! I have checked the page and under the *** is written the following:
***Pre-order between 20.02.19 – 07.03.19 from a participating retailer, claim on the Samsung Members app between 08.03.19 – 08.04.19. UK/ROI 18+ only. See www.samsung.com/uk/offer/galaxys10-preorder for full T&Cs.

But rather frustrating this is only available to new customers!!!   Why oh why has Samsung not extended this to those upgrading via the Upgrade Program???

It shouldn't matter if you trade in your phone - It only matters if you buy a new phone as either a new or an old costumer. Where did you get that information if I might ask?

As long as you order the device new anyone can claim the ear pods, you can only claim once you ha e received your new handset and register the one I number

Apparently not.  Certainly not what I was told by the Samsung web chat agent.  Would ahppily be proved wrong on this of course 🙂

Very strange if you ask me. I actually did participate to offers multiple times without issues (Even though I'm not a part of the upgrade programme).

Usually the process requires you to insert your IMEI number, proof of purchase etc with the correct date. As long you got that I would be surprised if its not accepted.


I would just give it a shot though Samsung Members when the time comes :winking-face:

Yep, and hopefully a moderator can clarify the situation soon (I'm not a Samsung official at all :winking-face: ).

Once you have the Galaxy S10 you log in on the new phone and make the claim.
