Headset S10 + Plantronics Voyager 5200

I have been given a Voyager 5200 Series device but cannot get the features working on a new S10. 

The device works fine on other phones but not my S10 phone. When connected by bluetooth on the S10 incoming calls are immediately answered. This is not supposed to happen. The Plantronics Hub settings allow you to Answer/Ignore (say it or respond by using the S10 device).  The S10 ignores these settings and immediately answers calls. 

I have reset the 5200/resinstalled app/used the the PC tools .
The sevice works as designed on my sole S9
Any ideas -

Is it possible this setting got turned on?

Settings>accessibility>interaction and dexterity>answering and ending calls>answer automatically (when connected to headset or bluetooth)

Hi, you could try going into settings/advanced features/accessories on your phone and see if you can find any settings for the headset.

I checked as you said - perfect answer
It was on and now it is off - all works as it should.
