Hi.I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S10+today from EE.was told by ee to fill in claim form but the only claim form I can find in benefits is if you pre ordered even though the promotion has changed. Any help??

2 months and still waiting ,had an email to say sorry for the delay and buds would be with me in no later than 10 days which was 3 weeks ago...
