When I get a WhatsApp phone call I cant seem to answer it when using the earbuds, anyone know how to fix this.

I have a S10e. I just bought a pair of Galaxy Buds+. I also have a Fitbit Charge 3 and a Philips Hue lightbulb connected via bluetooth. All other devices have had the microphone function disabled, as well as being disconnected. I am STILL unable to use my Galaxy Buds+ to answer WhatsApp voice or video calls, which is only solution other users seem to be having luck with.

I'm assuming those that managed to get it to work don't have ANY other devices connected via bluetooth, whether they're audio or not? 

Incredibly disappointing that this basic functionality is not supported by my new $150+ Samsung earbuds with an app as popular as WhatsApp, which is probably used more nowadays than regular phone calls.
COME ON SAMSUNG... PICK UP YOUR GAME! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
