Ear buds claim not working

Is anyone else have trouble accessing the benefit to claim their ear buds. When I click on claim your ear buds it takes me to a blank screen. Also live chart is not available for this. Really annoyed and get get talking to someone

Same here. I got the blank screen when I selected the benefit and now the benefit has dissappeared completely, despite getting a text link me to the claim. Very annoyed.

I was getting the blank screen but now the whole option has gone. It's not showing on my benefits page at all now! I imagine they've struggled to cope with demand so have removed it until they can resolve. Frustrating!

Ive been on hold now for 1 hour 10 min, and still no answer!!

Just calm down, clearly it's a global issue and they are working on it.  We have a month to claim it.
