Claiming Earbuds - Invalid postcode

Hello,

I am trying to redeem my earbuds and i am from Switzerland. I typed every thing correctly but for some reason, it keeps telling me that my postcode (NPA) is invalid.

 

Please help :smiling-face:

I tried two different postcodes and I get the same issue. What can I do to complete this step?

Me too. I typed my postcode. Then clicked another field. The warning went away and I manually entered my address

Now im getting an arror saying that it is not available in my country... *****

This has now worked for me. After running through the whole thing 3 times. I'm sure Samsung isn't maybe staggering the claims or something.... 😕

I had this problem and removing any spaces in the postcode worked for me in the UK.
