So I have submitted my claim for the galaxy buds through the app and gave my phones imei and receipt details along with my email address. 

 

After submitting it about 4-5 hours ago, i still haven't recieved an email confirmation along with a claim ID to even track my promotional claim. 

 

Is this merely a delay and normal? 

 

I would contact them via email but apparently i need my claim ID at hand...and their phone lines at closed until monday

Probably not no lol, but I'd be surprised judging how much demand they must have

Im having the same issue as you and hve been waiting 13hours. Did you just wait it out and not contact them?

Wait it out. You'll get the email. 

 

Imo before you think about contacting then, give it another day. Could guarantee it'll come through.

Colour is white. No option to choose. Should have been based on colour of phone you ordered.

Yeah to be fair it does say wait 24 hours. Ill post a update if i get the email

Definitely agree. I've ordered a black phone, should come with black earbuds. Common sense!

Wonder if there will be a market to swap them.

Update: just got another email and text saying my claims been a success and the buds will be dispatched within 30 days. And yeh they're white :(

I'm thinking of selling mine as soon as they come, then ordering black ones, anyone else?
