I preordered the S10+ 1TB and recieved the phone in March when I was charged the full price as expected. Yesterday (7th May) I found a pending charge from Samsung on my bank account for the exact same amount which 24 hours later has now processed and taken the funds.
Has anyone else experienced the same issue?
Typically when a person buys from Samsung they should find the amount pending until despatch and delivery of the item.
I've not seen a person being charged twice.
If this was my situation I'd first contact my bank and explain the situation and then contact Samsung by phone and seek assistance.
