I disabled Auto-download over WiFi in Software update in settings and it fixed my issue. But yours sounds like the auto restart feature is set too often. I disabled that too long time ago. Settings - General management - Reset - auto restart.
Seriously! I posted this issue EIGHT months ago and it's still not fixed! That's just poor service from Samsung. Is it too much to expect to get some lines of code written in this time?
I have been dealing with this as well. Why should I have to choose between restarting my phone every night and having my alarm waking me up for work every morning? Between this and smart unlock working every 1/27 times intermittently, my iPhone is looking like a rock solid OS. Very disappointed in what I switched to last month, this new s10 has been nothing but EXTREMELY buggy out of the box.
