Unable to use samsung pay just because was bought outside the uk and samsung samsung does not allow the samsung pay application usable based on the device manufactured location
Unable to change the galaxy themes and things tailored for uk and keep getting it in italian
Contacting the customer service without any help as there's no one to help or there's no one available to help.
Made a big mistake buying samsung phone while there are so many better phones and better services available in the market. You've lost a loyal customer!!!!
I bought the phone in Lithuania and i live in the uk. Can you explain why the content is loading in italian???
Does it make sense as i do have a uk sim card and an Italian sim card but if i use my phone in the uk, the content should be tailored for uk.
Also the issue is not with the banks but with samsung itself. Ofcourse i im using google pay as an alternative which does not have restrictions with different regions but only with participating banks. Paying thousands to get a samsung phone is just not worth anymore and this would be my advise to all my friends and family too as there is no help from samsung in this regard. Besides there are so many better options in the market which does not have all these regional restrictions like samsung has.

A while ago when the Note 7 was recalled I was going to buy the Samsung Note fe but I would have had to import it into the UK.
This is known as a grey import.
After conducting some investigation before pulling the trigger it became evident Samsung Pay may not work and I'd have to carefully check the small print in the Warranty T&C's.
I didn't proceed and bought another Samsung phone from my local Samsung Experience Store instead.
You could look at a Custom Rom but be very careful.

Using a Custom Rom can bring about an unstable phone or it may not work properly if the process glitches or the wrong Rom is used.
A person takes full responsibility if they perform this process and do so at their own informed decision. Samsung would levy a charge to put this right.
