I have been a long standing member of samsung products but a recent experience has change my view of the company. I am so disappointed and disgusted by such treatment.
I got the booking after months and I got the service appointment almost after a month.
It was so disappointing to see that Service Centre was closed. It took almost an hour to reach the service centre.
I called the support to check status and they informed that this must be a website design issue. Cant believe Samsung has design issues on the website. That they confirm your appointment and later you get to know that it was because of the issue on their website.

@sabita1 Sorry you have had a bad experience, there is obviously room for improvement. However obviously this is not universal, even if that may not be of much benefit. Hopefully the website issues will be sorted in due course.
Agree with @strawberry cake Chat/Messaging services can be a good option.
