WiFi Call not working after April 2020 update on Samsung Galaxy s10e

After updating on morning of 23 April 2020 I was unable use WiFi Call. WiFi Call is Enabled and tested on few other WiFi networks.

Never happened before after an update. Also for the 1st time ever after this update, phone lost all APN setting which I solved.

Hey @Sqd ,

Have you tried a Soft Reset? If you haven't done so hold the Power and Volume Down buttons until the phone restarts. If so, turn the Wi-Fi calling setting Off and try this again. Has this sorted the issue?

Tried soft reset, safe mode boot, wipe cache partition. None with positive outcom.

This can be deactivated on the phone during the update. Have you tried to reach your network provider to confirm that this is enabled on your account?

Yes. I was for service at my provider store and they had no solution. Also called for support with the same results. They say nothing changed in their system. They gave a WiFi Call service restart on their system, but useless. It's clearly from the update. When at home I am talking only on WiFi Call because I have terrible to none GSM/3G/4G signal and as soon update was done, I got no WiFi Call.

I also tested to see if WiFi Call is working without icon and is not working.

That is fine. The next step would be turning the phone Off. Once done, remove the SIM and give the golden contact a rub before placing it back on the device. After that turn the phone back On and check if this is still happening. 

If this is still happening, go into airplane mode and turn wifi back on and after a few minutes.

I just did all that now. Also tried with a different SIM that had WiFi Call enabled. Still not working WiFi Call on s10e.

Now I can confirm that Wi-Fi Call is dead beacuse of April 1 update.
I reversed to March 1, 2020 patch level and Wi-Fi Call is working. I updated again to April 1 update and Wi-Fi Call again gone. All in clean install, no accounts added.

In the end I had to stay with  March 1, 2020 security patch level and One UI 2.0 just to have Wi-Fi Call.

Same problem here s10 plus April update, I tested the chip on another device with the March version it worked without any problems, I tested it on my s9 plus it worked without a problem, it appears on top of the cell phone called wifi but it turns on and off the call then .

I already did all the above process, such as reset and connect to the operator, although on another cell it works without problems ...
