wifi and Bluetooth

After updating phone wifi and Bluetooth won't stay on I've tried everything but still no joy even factory reset and wipe the phone completely help needed

The most probable cause is the battery since when the battery gets very low the phone goes into power save mode and the first things it does is turn off WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS. If this is not the case, can you check your Power Saving settings and change them to see if that helps? To do this help into Settings> Device care> Battery> Power mode.

If you think that there is anything wrong with the phone you can run a check on it from 

Samsung Members > Get Help > Go to Phone Care > Interactive Checks> Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.

if the steps that TessM told you about don't solve your problem(s) then you could report the issue by clicking on the get help icon at the bottom of the main screen in this app, and Samsung will investigate this further for you.

Since the last major update, it gave Bixby new options to automatically turn items on or off, which is why wiping the phone doesn't work, as rebuilding the backup results in reinstalling it back in as its in the UI. You might want to check and see whether you have turned Bixby Routines on accidentally? That turns your WiFi/Bluetooth off to save battery. You can go through process for weeks until you realise. Disable in settings to stop it happening

thanks guys found out the mother board was gone on it and was over heating up
