If your operator does not support wifi calling then option won't be there.

It will be in the call settings if your network supports it. Are you pay monthly? And who with?

Pay monthly with Tesco Mobile...they use O2.

Wifi calling has started rolling out on Tesco Mobile but a relatively small number of devices supported in comparison to some of the networks.  it appears it is not currently supported on the S10. see more detail here https://www.simsherpa.com/networks/best-wifi-calling
