Why my application is not listed under Samsung pass even though it asks for fingerprint?

I have a banking app. It asks for new password and I need the old password.

I was using fingerprint all the time. I still can use fingerprint and it goes to password change in the app, that means it is saved under fingerprints. But when I go to Samsung pass and check applications, it is not there. Where is it stored?

The app will show as xxx bank in your apps list. You won't see any passwords though.

it doesn't. previously I had looked up my password before but now I can not and can't see the app. hence weird.
