Does know how to save photos from WhatsApp to gallery. I don't have the option of save to gallery on WhatsApp

Gallery isn't a location. It's an app designed to fund all pics on your device. Try saving to photos folder.

Open the pic in WhatsApp , screen shot the pic and that will be saved in the gallery under screen shots 😉

Hi, head into WhatsApp > 3 dots top right > Settings > Chats > Toggle on Media visibility.
