WhatsApp call issue

In the last 5 months I've been having a WhatsApp call issue do as when someone calls me through a audio call on WhatsApp app normally you should be able to have a normal conversation even through lock screen no I can hear them but they cannot hear me I have to unlock my device to continue the conversation  to reply back through audio and it also affects the connection in a way it has to reconnect to restart the conversation

Have you tried contacting WhatsApp
On WhatsApp click the three Horizontal dot's Then click on help contact us and explain the issue Or check their faq page WhatsApp calling

Yes I have contacted WhatsApp on this issue but they haven't got back to me yet

I had an issue with sound on audio call, I restarted and updated both WhatsApp and my phone and it works perfectly now. Although I have an S21

I still have the same issue and I am up to date with the latest software on my s10e and the latest updated WhatsApp app

Same, all updates done, my phone call do same issue as well as WhatsApp’s. Any fix?
