I have a Galaxy Note 10+ and get repeated issues with the badge count being incorrect on What'sApp when I receive a new message. When I receive one message the badge count says '2' and when I receive 2 it says '4' and so on.
The only way I have been able to solve this is by deleting the app and re-installing and even then the problem reoccurs after a few weeks.
Any ideas or fixes for this please? Running the latest version of Android.
