So when I press the volume up left of phone there used to be a audio speech text option but now the dictation icon has removed
@sarasphotobox: I'm not sure what could be causing this. If you disable Do Not Disturb mode, and close down all background apps via the Recent Apps button, does this help? If not, please restart the phone in Safe Mode and check to see if the Speech Detection icon is visible in this mode. If it is, restart the phone as you would normally and delete any recently installed third party apps. To access Safe Mode, press and hold the Power button until the 'Power off' prompt appears on the screen then release > Touch and hold Power off until the 'Safe mode' prompt appears then release > To confirm, tap Safe mode > With Safe Mode enabled, ensure Airplane Mode is turned off.
