I just updated my S10 to One UI 4 Android 12 and the voice recorder app is still not working. This worked fine when the phone was new but stopped working after updating the software.
Come on Samsung, you've already been told by Samsung users that it doesn't work anymore on this forum. Listen to the faithful users of your phones and sort it out in the next update.
