Hello,

Kindly revert the video update, it's kind of not nice compared to the previous one. Why can't one make video captures anymore? That is one particular reason you need revert it.

on video → tap 3 dots → open in Video Player → on upper left corner → tap screen capture icon 

try downloading Samsung Video Library from Play Store too
