Vertical and horizontal lines on S10 camra

I have vertical and horizontal lines on my S10 camera. Is there anyway to fix this other than sending it into Samsung? I have done a soft reboot but not a hard reboot. All software and apps are up to date. I could do a hard reboot but if this isn't likely to fix this problem, then I would prefer not too.

Initialize the camera settings, that should resolve it, sounds like the guidelines are on.

You might have the grid option on, however if that isn't the case then it seems like a sensor issue

Camera has been reset. Grid line setting is off. The 2 lines only occur on one camera.

Thanks. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this but it looks like I've run out of options other than support at this time.
