I have vertical and horizontal lines on my S10 camera. Is there anyway to fix this other than sending it into Samsung? I have done a soft reboot but not a hard reboot. All software and apps are up to date. I could do a hard reboot but if this isn't likely to fix this problem, then I would prefer not too.

Camera has been reset. Grid line setting is off. The 2 lines only occur on one camera.

Thanks. I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this but it looks like I've run out of options other than support at this time.
