Use Premium text message service

i have a problem where, i go to special access>use premium text message service. there is no message application how do i want to allow, i already tried install other message app still didnt work. i hope there is someone know how to fix it

@DarkRavenz: What options are available for selection in the Premium Text Message menu? Have you tried sending an SMS to a premium number without enabling this feature?

i already tried to send message to premium number but fail and compare with my friend s10 samsung asking before sending to premium number, and under use premium text message service there is no application and my friend have message app under use premium text message service setting. sorry for my bad english. im from malaysia.

@DarkRavenz: Have you contacted your network to see if there are any restrictions in place on your account that may be preventing you from sending SMS messages to premium number (or the specific number you have already tried)?

Problem fixed! i know the problem.. we need to send message to 6 digit number for the first time not 4 digit number. after we send, in use premium text messenger menu, message app is visible and we can set allow or always ask. thank you sir for assist me.

I tried to use 6 digit number but the proplem didn't solve could you tell me what you did step by step

Where did you found this "6 digit number" ?

You can create an sms and send to any 6 digit # (for example 727272 and type "help" which is Redbox). And this act will resolve the above issue with short codes not working and populate the sms app in "use premium sms app" section (settings >> apps >> 3 dots >> special access >> use premium sms service
