Usb connected and disconnected

My notifications keeps saying usb connected/disconnected on my s10e and I don't connect it to my computer and I don't know how to fix it and I can't turn off my phone its always on I can power it off and I can charge it but it only turns off when I'm charging it and I need help someone please tell me how to fix it

@Zayy Hello, try a forced restart: hold down the volume-buttons and the Power button for about 10 sec, until it restarts. Greetings.

I did it and it didn't do anything thanks for trying to help but I tried it and it just turned it off, have a good day.
