Anyone had one ui3.0 for there s10 plus in UK on Vodafone network. 

I've spoken to Vodafone who are insisting that samsung have not sent it over to them and its not Vodafone who send it out its samsung. 

Over halfway through the month now and I'm still on Nov patch. This is worse updates than what Huawei used to give

Yep I received the oneui3.0 update on my S10+ last week and I'm on a Vodafone monthly contract

same. funny how according to Vodafone they don't even have the update to send. certainly taking there time then sending it out

received my update at the beginning of January, as I was in the beta program the last update took the phone out of the beta stage

try connecting your lovely phone to PC via USB cable, then run Smart Switch to see new updates available

Check on sammobile website for a list of firmware that has been released for your device.

Did you get the phone directly from Vodafone? Does it have 'VOD' under service provider software version when you go to settings>about phone>software information?

I've just checked and yes it says VOD. and yes I got it direct from them on my last upgrade

I just checked too and Vodafone firmware hasn't been released yet.

Seems EE and O2 have been the only networks to release it so far in the UK. Vodafone and 3 are still to come, it is only the middle of the month, soon hopefully!
