Hello. 

I have a quick question which csc code sends me the software updates is it the active csc code or the original in my settings it says XEF/XEF,MID/MID which means the original csc is a different country from the one im living in.

My phone is imported from UAE to France and im afraid that at some point i won't  be recieving software updates because of this issue.

Unfortunately we do see that an imported phone receives updates very slow or not at all.

 

Some have had success using Samsung Smartswitch.

 

It's the active CsC code I would suggest to look at.

 

For example I bought my Note 10+ 5G from Samsung UK so my active CsC code is BTU.

Thanks for replying.

My active csc is XEF which is French im just wondering if i would recieve my updates the same time as phones in france do or as the same time phones in the UAE (Original csc) recieve them.

The phone in theory should receive updates from the country of origin which can cause delays or non existent updates.

I'm starting to have doubts november security patch for my version G975FXXS3ASJG is yet to be released in iraq (MID) which is my origin csc however i recieved the update at the same day as french phones did ill monitor updates a bit more and see what comes out.
