Hey,
I haven't received new update on my s10 sm-G973U for one ui 3.0. Still stuck on one ui 2.5.
Should I be worried or I wait longer?
Everytime i check it says "software upto date"
This is October 2022.

HI @Chishimba01 This is a Us model, if based in the Uk would be reason why there are issues. The S10 is eligible to receive One UI 4.0 but this is the last OS update available and down to quarterly security updates.
Could try Smart Switch on a computer https://www.samsung.com/ph/support/mobile-devices/how-to-update-software-using-smart-switch/
However may need to take it to a Service Centre.
