Galaxy S10 Series

Hello readers,

I have a problem with an unwanted filter on my pictures.

I use a 4 month old Samsung Galaxy S10.

I've already chatted with the Dutch Samsung helpdesc for weeks, we disabled every possible beauty- filter manualy, but it still makes my pictures look weird. They don't know what else to do and say "It's just the way the camera works, most people like this camera adjustment". But I just can't believe that...

Below a preview: I take a picture with the modus "motion photo" on.

After that I make a screenshot from within the motion photo, and then the filter is not on it. The skintone looks much more realistic and the filter on the eyes is gone. So weird!

I hope someone knows what to do with this!
And again: beauty filters are definetly off.

Kind regards, Suze

Hello there . Even I'm facing the same problem after ONE UI 3.0 update . I don't know what's happening but as soon as I capture a pic then when I open the pic the  next minute it's automatically adjusting it's colors. I don't like this at all

on the left side we can see the pic loading for self adjusting at the bottom  and on the right side is the adjusted one. We can clearly observe the  increased contrast on the right side pic. Now samsung please solve this problem .
