Unable to move icons

Hi Everyone,

I am having problem with my Samsung S10, I am unable to move /arrange all the icons on my screen even when my home screen is unlocked. This phone is only a week old and I am having problem already. Can anyone please help.

you mean you can't move your apps ??

yes I can't reorganise my screen, move the app icons etc. Normally when you press on and keep it for moment they all start to shaken and you can move them around as you like but at moment I am unable to do so.

pinch your screen when on the home screen almost like you are zooming in on a photo but fingers go inwards then home screen settings lock home screen layout turn it off

it is already turned off but still not able to do anything

It sounds like you expect the icon arrangement to work like it does on IOS. When you press and hold an icon in android, the apps don't all start shaking and enter a "customisation mode", if you will.
To move an icon, press and hold it until some options come up (remove from homescreen, uninstal app, app info) then just drag it to the new destination, keeping ur finger holding the icon the entire time, if your finger comes off the screen, you must start again. There are no shaking apps like on IOS.

Mine us the same since since I updated my phone and all my icons are rearranged too.
