Hi everyone. I am unable to get an update for my Samsung Galaxy S10e. I have been regularly checking for updates but it just keeps saying my software is up to date. I have also tried connecting with Smart Switch which says the same.

Who supplied the Samsung phone to you ?
i.e was it an independent online company or was it from another country i.e imported.
If you download the phoneinfo app from the Playstore this will show it's active CsC code to shed more light on where the phone came from.
Updates can be slower or non existent on imported phones / grey imports.
A Samsung Experience Store / Samsung Service Centre can help if the phone checks out as not imported.
