Unable to find feedback from Samsung Members.

I cannot find my previous messages to, and replies from, Samsung Support in the Members app. 

I swear I literally was looking through them a week ago, before I updated the app. 

Now, how can I find them?

@RedCity: If you open the Members app and go to Get Help > Feedback > View More, can you see your message and replies in here?
