Unable to charge my samsung s10 plus

Hey guys,

I have recently updated my samsung s10 plus and since then, I cannot charge my device, I tried everything I could find like, boot on safe mode, then turned it off (moisture detected), even factory reset using bixby + power button + volume. So yesterday after resetting my phone, it worked, I could charge it but this morning, same problem, I plugged my charger (new from samsung) no humidity at all in my room, and no sign of charging, after around ten tries, I displayed moisture detected. I cleared the USB cache and everything, the message dissapeared but I still cannot charge yet. 

I am disapointed that for a premium device released few months ago, I have so many isues, and yet, no update to fix it.

Is there any other solutions please? thanks

• You could try another charger and another cable. I once bought an S9 and the charger didn't work properly.
• You could enable/disable fast charging and see what happens.
• You could try an inductive charger.

If nothing works, return the phone.

• You could try another charger and another cable. I once bought an S9 and the charger didn't work properly: I tried with a new charger, I bought a new charger yesterday to try, same issue
• You could enable/disable fast charging and see what happens: I will try that but now it displayed moisture again
• You could try an inductive charger: It works, but it takes so much time to charge and it is annoying to not be able to use a charger in the long run
