Probably wont be sometime until mid March possibly even later. Not even S21 series have received it, even unbranded devices, so it will take some time before S10 devices get it.
Because Samsung always does their most recent devices first. So I think it will start with the devices they released most recently (that dont already have One Ui 4.1) and then work their way through the eligable devices depending on firmware that is available.
