Turn off software updates on galaxy 10e

Is there a way to turn off automatic software updates? And let me say this before anyone answers: there's NO button to deselect or stop software updates on the Galaxy 10e.  Seeing as that's always the "go-to" answer i see from others whenever I've looked into this.  Device updates are fine but I don't want my phone to keep forcing me to do software updates. Thanks for any information on this

Thank you so much but on 10e there's not a button to do anything under software updates tab. Absolutely nothing. But I've read there IS a place to turn off "update with wifi" under developer options but I don't see it. Do you know what tab that's under? I'm almost positive I've seen it previously but can't find it now.  Go figure when I actually need it. Thanks again

No sorry its not.  As I said previously there's no option to do that on the 10e. What I've read in other articles is the only way to do it on some galaxy models is under developer option. Lol sorry I've looked into it multiple times. Here is a screenshot of my software updates tab. The ONLY thing that can be done here is "check for new updates." That's it. "Continue update" turns on when there's a NEW update but otherwise it stays grayed out. I know you're trying to help me and I appreciate it.  But I'm not being difficult it really is the way my phone model is set up  the tech at at&t couldn't get a fix for me either so it's been escalated to advanced technical support lol. Thanks for trying to get me a fix.

Yes I do have that under developer options. I have it turned off . Should I turn it on? And will that keep it from doing the forced updated? Fingers crossed we're getting there lol.
