If your Samsung Account has been removed from the phone, you won't be able to use Find My Mobile which is what we would usually suggest.
However, Google actually has a similar service. Hopefully, this account is still attached to your phone. You can check this out here.
Just as a side note, if you believe your phone to be stolen we would always recommend contacting your network provider to block the phone from being used. We would also recommend contacting the police to assist in this too.
