Tethering on my s10+ stops working

Hey all,

I have the s10+ and with my network I have a 100GB mo they allowance, so I tether a lot. But the problem is that when I lock my phone the internet will stop working and I have to keep unlocking the phone for a few seconds and it will work again.

i tether from my Apple Watch, iPad, MacBook Pro and it feels like there is a timeout for tethering? 

is there any way that I can stop this from happening? I have the SIM card version of the iPad. But my network won't give me a second sim 😞

Try enabling and disabling the "Data Saver" option in Settings. Also, decrease your tethering speed from 5GHz to 2.4GHZ (if it's not already 2.4). Hope this helps!
