Tap on notification panel date/time

Tapping on the notification date/time should open the clock app where we could quickly see the Alarm settings. 

I know we can click on time widget to achieve the same. But this will be a nice addition since not all the time we are on home screen.

Hi if I remember right Samsung's software team change it in android 9 or 10.
