System cache

Since updating to android 12 I can no longer get into boot mode to clear the cache. Anyone else have this issue. Or has it changed

Thanks. I have a USB cable plugged in as always before but nothing is happening. Comes up with a box saying its failed

Have you tried using a different cable @SonOfOdin ? And are you following the next steps?

1. Connect the USB cable to a PC. 

2. Power off the device. 

3. Press VolumeUP + Bixby PowerKey Keys and hold them.

4. Connect the USB cable with the device then, it'll enter recovery mode

I will try another cable. I do put the cable in then hold down the keys. With the phone off obv. That used to work on android 11. Does it have to be a PC or would a chrome book work. Again it used too

You need to plug in usbC headphones, connect charger wire between phone and Samsung tablet, connect to a laptop.
