Dear,
I bought a second hand Samsung S10. The device was factory reset by the seller. However, I would like to be sure that no malicious firmware was installed.
As I understand, previous versions of Samsung Smart Switch included the option do to a ”Device initialization” which wipes the firmware and flashes the stock firmware again.
In the current version of Smart Switch this option is not available anymore. Is there any way to reinstall the original stock firmware with the help of a Samsung official application? If not, how can I verify that the currently installed firmware is not malicious?
Kind regards.

You can download apps such as phoneINFO and CPU-Z which show if the phone has been rooted and if knox has been tripped, and shows what software is on the phone.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "
