Still on Android 11

It is 15 March 2022 but my Samsung Galaxy S10 has still not been offered the Android 12 update even though my wife's and daughter's Galaxy S10e phones got the update last month.

I am in the UK on the 3 network and all websites seem to imply that all S10 phones should already have received the Android 12 update. 

Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with the S10 or is it just my phone?

I'm running 4.0 android 12 UK S10 plus! Nothing but problems since update 👍

Your phone should have updated. Please go to settings, about phone software and let me know your baseband version and service provider software version.

Service Provider Software Version: SAOMC_SM-G973F_OXM_XEU_RR_0021XEU_XEU, AUT/AUT

Also, if it helps, my service provider is iD Mobile which operates on the Hutchison 3G network

THank you. Your device carries a country code for Switzerland (AUT). I would suggest Smart Switch for PC to try and update.

I have tried Smart Switch without success but I will try again. I am confused by the country code. I purchased the phone from Amazon UK so thought I was purchasing a UK version phone although the AUT country code you mentioned appears in the service provider details so perhaps I need to challenge iD Mobile regarding my SIM card?

Basically, the CSC needs to be changed but I'm not allowed to talk about ti's on the forum.

Yes I understand. I assume changing csc would involve rooting the phone but I would rather not do that. Have just used smart switch and tells me still that my phone is on Android 11 and up to date
