Still can't send pix in my message.

i have turned on settings -> connections ->data usage.

went to gallery picked my pix  shared it in IM. Nothing.  circling around the drain..... thinking about it and nothing

Anyone have suggestions.  TY

Sending a picture in a text message turns the text to a MMS message which with some networks needs provisioning on the person's account and is a chargeable service. A good stable 3G data connection is also required.

 

My apologies if that's not the information your after @Be14 

 

Personally I send pictures via Facebook messenger,  WhatsApp or email as that only uses a data connection.

as BandOfBrothers said... them methods are the best way of sending media files with no extra cost from the network.

If you're still looking to send media files by MMS (pictures by text messages) and your data is live... then you may need to contact your network to send over the correct MMS APN settings.

If you haven't got WhatsApp just get WhatsApp its the best way but relies on the recipient also having WhatsApp.
