Spotify and other third party music players doesn't work with the music function buttons on the lock screen.

I found that the latest updates has stopped the music functionality buttons on the lock screen for Spotify and other third party music players. 

I have restarted my S10+ and it still doesn't work. I have tried playing music on google play music player and the lock screen music buttons work. But doesn't on Spotify. 

Has anyone else had any similar experiences or solutions? Please fix

I can confirm that I can play Spotify on lock screen and use volume buttons with know issues.
