I have a galaxy s10, im having a problem with incoming and outgoing calls, the other person cannot hear me is anyone else experiencing this

Hi.
have you a different sim card you can try in the phone to see if it happened, may be a sim card or network issue.
maybe also try powering off the phone for a few minutes and then back on and is if that is any help

Im having same problem on my s10 just lately and I need to get it sorted ASAP as need to be able to talk when hospital calls...
Any other help???
