Hi. I updated my system software after which my Samsung Galaxy s10+ stopped recognising my sim card. I tried removing the sim card and putting it back. I tried to clear partition cache on recovery mode and reboot the system. I also tried switching it off and on several times. It didn't work. I finally had to reset my phone which was very time consuming because I couldn't back it up on Samsung cloud.
I just wanted to know what possibly went wrong for the phone to stop recognising the sim card and for some built-in apps to stop working.
