I am having few random software issue in my samsung galaxy S10 plus feom the day of purchase. At the start I ignored it but eventually it led me to factory reset my phone and it has still not been resolved and since from day one it has been malfunctioning it means there is a manufacturing defect. Will samsung replace my device?

Well few times when i lock my phone and then unlock it, it does nit ask for my password and then i though it might be some bug so tried restarting it and guess what neither i can switch it off nor restart then i had to forcibly shut it down by holding the power buttong for few seconds. This problem occured about 5 times in a day

@Abhijeet: Regarding your lock screen issue, I recommend checking your security options to see if Smart Lock is active, as this will automatically unlock your device in trusted locations.
Settings > Lock Screen > Smart Lock
For your intermittent power issues please restart the phone in Safe Mode and monitor the performance for a few hours. If you notice an improvement then please restart the phone and remove any recently installed third party apps.
Turn the device off > Press and hold the Power key > Release the Power key when the S10+ logo appears > Press and hold the Volume Down key immediately after releasing the Power key > Continue to hold the Volume Down button until the device finishes booting.

I have already reset my device now that problem is gone but I have been facing app malfunctioniong. Suddnely out of nowhere any app starts malfunctioning. My problem is from day one hence i appeal to get my device replaced rather than just repair> please help me if possible
