So many complaints, order cancellations for PRO VIDEO MODE removal and Samsung does nothing with ONE UI...

 Are you really dont hear us. We want PRO VIDEO MODE features back in ONE UI. How difficult is that for Samsung developers. If this forum protesting doesnt give you reason to give us back what you advertised your smartphones would have by default, then maybe we should start explaining to the world what is happening with your phones. So many people is asking for VIDEO PRO MODE back and you doesnt even give a straight answer. Just general thoughts about... considering and stuff.  When you advertise about something and let us know about its features, we buy it for these reasons. This removal makes our phone cameras handicapped at night and other light conditions when we want to shoot video. ONE UI was supposed to improve things. But it makes them worst. Everybody is looking for ways to get back to OREO and the features we once had. SAMSUNG DO SOMETHING! GIVE US AN UPDATE...

I have nothing more to say here. If you want a thousand dollars smartphone just to shoot pictures and not video then there you are. Its all ok. But if you want to shoot videos like a pro and use all your cameras capabilities, then you certainly need a PRO VIDEO MODE in Samsungs one UI and specifically the camera tab.

We feel you, there's a big post regarding this in the s9/s9+ forum, Samsung don't seem to care at all, both phones without the pro video mode the videos turn out as good as they were recorded with a calculator, not even kidding.

Such a shame on Shamesung company right now. #NextPhoneWontBeSamsung

Just to update.

Still nothing from them neither devs/admins/mods nothing from them either i dont k ow whats going on. We doomed.

They even locked us on one ui android 9 now after the security update, they changed the binary from 2 to 3 we cant revert even now.

Shame on samsung
