Hi all
I'm on 3 network in the uk and never had a problem with them for over ten years but for some reason for the last months my s10+ is so slow on loading pages and the same on social media and youtube. I've reset the phone but it's still doing it. Could there be a fault with the phone.

Hi @Hackett
A good process of elimination to rule out the Network Data Signal, Sim Card and phone is to try your sim card in another phone and another sim card in your phone.
May I ask....
Does the slow data happen everywhere you go ?
I ask as it maybe a network issue.
Perhaps check this via using your Networks online Network / mast checker.
What Data connection is showing in your status bar ?
i.e. 3G,4G,4G+ etc.
What strength signal is showing in your status bar ?
What's it like when you turn On Wifi ?
When you say "I've reset the phone but it's still doing it" does that mean you've Factory Reset it as that would be a last resort to cure all issues.
To add a Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic test on the phone but please do try my suggestions above if you can first.
I wish you all the best with this situation.

Hi. Ok the signal strength is about four bars and its showing 4G and I'm close to the city of Leicester in the uk. I've tried the sim in a spare samsung A5 and there is no problem on that phone. On the s10+ it still buffers or is blank when loading pages and have to wait for it to load. But not all the time. It can work fine then bang it does it for a few minutes. The phone is the same on wifi. I have to turn it off and on again. I've not factory reset as I dont want to mess it all up. So today I'm going to order a new sim from 3 network and go from there.

Thank you for looking at my suggestions @Hackett
As your sim card/ user experience is fine in another phone I'm not convinced performing a sim swap will help.
One of my colleagues uses a Samsung s10 and he says the same happens to him leading to me thinking it's the phones software possibly.
If this was my phone I'd send a bug report via the Samsung Members App detailing what you've carried out thus far in regards to troubleshooting.
A Samsung Experience Store or Samsung Service Centre can run a diagnostic.
Unfortunately as the issue is intermittent they may however say the phones fine unless they actually witness the issue happening as they test it.

I'm using a Samsung S10 plus on 3 UK and have no buffering issues on WiFi but 4G does buffer more than ever before but not all the time. I must say though that with the S10 plus my 3 signal is far weaker than any other phone I have used over the past ten years (that's how long I have been with three) and i'm sure that's the reason why.

So I'm sitting here on the bus with full 4G signal on Three network and Sky News just buffers over and over. So a replacement sim won't resolve the issue, see screenshot:

Yep that's what I get all the time. So I think I pop into Samsung this week.
