I bought s10,at home it turned out that the sim slot does not work(not the correct sim card),what to do,help.

It needs a nano sim, if yours is too large you will need a replacement sim from your carrier.

Your question needs more detail. It can be the SIM size like how Pugs has suggested or your S10 needs to be unlocked to accept your carrier. Worse case scenario, your SIM slot could be damaged or faulty.
