Shortcuts deleted

Really hope someone can help.....So I've just updated my phone (never had problems doing this ever) and I've noticed it's deleted all of my shortcuts from my homescreen. Any ideas if and how I can get them back??

Shortcuts to what? Websites? Or do you mean your apps are in the app drawer but not your home screen? Or do you mean the widget shortcuts for different apps?

So if I'm on a website, I sometimes save the site to my homescreen so when it's has saved it, it has a small Google icon on the 'app'

If they are gone then you'll have to manually add them back.

Whichever browser you used to
create the shortcuts, it may also have those sites saved in a "saved pages" setting/tab in the browsers menu, which would mean you wouldn't have to remember the sites and visit the individually.
