I've just installed the june 2020 update on my galaxy s10 and ever since my phone screen will only turn off if its plugged in and charging. I've rebooted, let the battery drain and recharged and force closed apps. There's an intermittent notification saying a USB is connected/disconnected despite this not being the case. Its draining my battery. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi @SophieDe
It might be worth trying a soft reset on the phone to see if this helps. This will end all processes and give the phone a fresh start. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys at the same time until the phone switches off and back on again.

bonjour sophie ,

hello @SophieDe
to fix this,
-clear the data of USB
Settings → Apps → tap 3 dots → Show system apps → tap USB Settings → tap Storage → tap clear data
-restart the phone
if persists,
-back up your phone data, you may use Smart Switch
-remove your Google account and factory data reset
-contact Samsung Support to arrange repair if persists
😀
